Lead Funnels: a guided setup for a form, its emails and a shortcode.

New

  • Lead Funnels. Pick a template (free resource, email list, service enquiries, waitlist, webinar registration or discovery calls), answer a few questions, and get a form, a delivery email, a notification and a shortcode. Each funnel has its own leads and analytics view, and nothing on your pages is changed
  • Start a funnel from AcquisitionSuite → Lead Funnels or from the bar on the dashboard
  • A funnel sets what happens after a submission (a message or a redirect), its own delivery email and a “notify me” email without editing the form, and can reuse an existing form without changing it
  • A funnel can be edited, repaired if something it uses was deleted, and deleted with a clear list of what goes with it
  • A paid download shows its discount price (set in Pro) next to the regular price, crossed out, with the percent saved
  • The slide-in panel code for forms and funnels (Pro enables the display style)
  • Submissions that an add-on records are labelled with the add-on’s name instead of “Default Form”, and can be filtered by it

Fixed

  • The dashboard’s recent-files price badge never showed because it read a setting that does not exist; it now shows the price, and the discount
  • The internal version constant now matches the plugin version

  • Lead Funnels, the Pro part. Each funnel can tag leads, add them to a segment and a pipeline stage, enroll them in a sequence, call a webhook and, with the add-ons, text or WhatsApp them, all as one automation rule you can see under Automation
  • A “Sell a digital product” funnel template. It sets the file’s price, currency and payment method, shows what a file that is already for sale costs and starts from it, refuses a second funnel on the same file, and can put the file back as it was when the funnel is deleted
  • A discount price for paid downloads and product funnels, shown next to the regular price (crossed out, with the percent saved) and charged at checkout
  • A Slide-in Panel display style for standalone forms and Lead Funnels, alongside the Floating Button
  • Add-ons: separate plugins that connect AcquisitionSuite to another plugin and hand its customers and events to a shared intake. One Pro license covers every add-on, and AcquisitionSuite → Add-ons installs and manages them
  • Add-ons for WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Formidable, Contact Form 7 and OnePage Sale, plus a WhatsApp add-on (message templates, the 24-hour window, STOP and START, replies and delivery tracking) and an SMS add-on
  • Add-ons can add their own automation triggers and condition fields, such as an order total
  • A “Stop Sequence” automation action ends a lead’s sequence emails, for one sequence or all of them
  • History import for add-ons: past customers and orders become leads without contacting anyone

  • Multi-step is a Pro feature: the “Number of Steps” field is now locked to 1 in Lite, in the UI and on the server
  • The Steps field on the Form Builder’s Settings tab now saves
  • Creating a form no longer redirects into the builder before Steps and Purpose are set
  • A required Checkbox or Radio field no longer keeps showing an error after an option is selected
  • A standalone form’s success message no longer says a download link was emailed
  • Required and Step badges on field cards update right after an auto-save
