1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to buy Smart LeadLock with confidence. Every paid plan (Pro, Agency 5, Agency 25, and Agency Unlimited) is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If it’s not the right fit within your first 14 days, contact smartleadlock@ufirstdev.com and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. What’s covered
The guarantee applies to your original purchase of a plan, calculated from the date payment was completed. It covers the full amount paid for that purchase, including any add-ons purchased in the same order.
3. What’s not covered
- Renewal payments. Once the 14-day window from your original purchase has passed, subsequent annual renewal charges are not eligible for this guarantee. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
- Upgrades. If you upgrade partway through a billing period, the guarantee window is tied to your original purchase date, not the upgrade date.
- Abuse of the guarantee. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we reasonably determine the guarantee is being used in a way inconsistent with its intent, for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same site or account.
4. How to request a refund
Email smartleadlock@ufirstdev.com from the email address used at checkout, with your order number or the email address the purchase was made under. We aim to process eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. What happens to your license after a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and premium features are paused. Your site continues to run on the free (Lite) feature set, and none of your existing data (leads, submissions, orders) is deleted.
6. Payment gateway fees
Refunds are issued for the full amount you paid. Depending on the payment gateway used (Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave) and your card issuer, the processing fee originally charged by the gateway is generally non-recoverable by us, but this does not reduce the refund amount you receive.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly first, most issues can be resolved faster this way than through a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund may result in your license and account access being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published; purchases made before that date remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
