Why not just use Mailchimp and a form plugin?

You can, and for a simple list that works. The trouble starts when you also want to gate a file, follow up on what people did, score leads or take payment: each needs another tool, and the tools have to be kept in sync. Do I have to pay to use it?

No. AcquisitionSuite Lite is free and complete for gated downloads, forms, email service sync and exports. The paid plans add email sequences, automation, lead scoring, a pipeline and payments.

Where is my data stored?

On your own WordPress site, in your own database. AcquisitionSuite is a self-hosted plugin, so your leads and files never sit on our servers. Paid plans check their license with our server, which receives only the license key, your domain and version details.

Can I leave later and take my leads with me?

Yes. Export leads and submissions to CSV or Excel whenever you like. Because everything lives in your WordPress database, there is nothing to migrate out of a third-party platform.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. Upload the plugin, add a file or build a form, and place it with a shortcode or the block editor. The documentation walks through each step.
