Your site keeps running on the free Lite features, and nothing is deleted, so your leads, rules, orders and settings are all still there. You also stop getting Pro updates. Renew with the same key and everything comes back.
Yes. Pick a higher plan on this page, then enter the new license key under AcquisitionSuite → License. A bigger plan means more sites and more room to grow; your leads, rules and settings stay as they are. Questions about switching mid-term? Contact support.
