Reference for the error messages you’re most likely to run into.
License activation errors
| Error | What it means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid key | The license key doesn’t exist | Double-check the key from your purchase email for typos |
| Limit reached | You’ve used all activations your plan allows | Deactivate an unused domain, or upgrade to a plan with more domains |
| Suspended | The license has been suspended | Contact support |
| Expired | The license term has ended | Renew your plan to restore premium features |
| Already active | This exact domain is already activated on this key | No action needed, it’s already connected |
Payment return screen states
After checkout, buyers may see Failed (the payment wasn’t completed; they can try again) or Timeout (the gateway’s confirmation is taking longer than expected; ask them to check their email before retrying, since the payment may still complete).
