Activating your license
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) require an active license key. The Lite plan needs no activation at all.
Activating a key
- Purchase a plan and check your email for your license key
- In WordPress, go to Smart LeadLock → License → Activate License
- Paste in your key and confirm
Your plugin validates the key against the licensing server and unlocks premium features immediately.
What the License page shows
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Plan | Your current plan: Lite, Pro, or Agency |
| Status | Active, Inactive, or Expired |
| Expiry date | When your current term ends |
| Activated sites | How many domains are currently using this key |
| Site limit | The maximum domains allowed on your plan |
| Install ID | A unique identifier for this WordPress install |
If the server is temporarily unreachable
If the licensing server can’t be reached, your plugin keeps working on its last known license state for 7 days. If it’s still unreachable after 7 days, it reverts to Lite features until validation succeeds again. No data is ever lost.
