Sales pipeline
The sales pipeline is a Pro and Agency feature that gives you a Kanban-style board for tracking leads through your sales process, from first download to closed deal.
Setting up stages
Go to Pipeline → Settings to define your stages, for example: New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Lost. Customize these to match however your actual sales process works.
Moving leads through the pipeline
On the pipeline board, drag a lead’s card from one column to the next as they progress. Every stage change is recorded in a pipeline history log, so you can see exactly when and how a lead moved through your funnel.
Automating stage changes
Automation rules can move a lead to a new stage automatically, for example, moving a lead to “Won” the moment their order is marked paid.
