Lead scoring

Lead scoring is a Pro and Agency feature that automatically ranks leads based on how likely they are to convert, so you know who to follow up with first.

What contributes to a score

  • Form fields, such as a work email or a qualifying dropdown answer
  • Behavior, such as which file was downloaded or which page was visited
  • Geography, useful if your offer is region-specific
  • Device, a lighter-weight signal depending on your audience

Setting up scoring rules

Go to Lead Scoring → Scoring Rules to define what adds or subtracts points. Each lead’s running total shows as a tier badge (Cold, Warm, Qualified, Hot, Sales Ready) right on the Leads list. Geography and device signals come from AcquisitionSuite’s own lead intelligence, see Lead intelligence for how that data is collected.

Acting on scores

Combine scoring with automation rules to trigger a tag, a notification, or a sequence enrollment automatically once a lead’s score crosses a threshold.
