Lead scoring

Lead scoring is a Pro and Agency feature that automatically ranks leads based on how likely they are to convert, so you know who to follow up with first.

What contributes to a score

  • Form fields, such as a work email or a qualifying dropdown answer
  • Behavior, such as which file was downloaded or which page was visited
  • Geography, useful if your offer is region-specific
  • Device, a lighter-weight signal depending on your audience

Setting up scoring rules

Go to Lead Intelligence → Scoring Rules to define what adds or subtracts points. Each lead’s running total and score history are visible on their lead detail view.

Acting on scores

Combine scoring with automation rules to trigger a tag, a notification, or a sequence enrollment automatically once a lead crosses a score threshold.
