Payment emails
Available on Pro and Agency plans. Configure exactly what happens after a buyer pays under Payment Settings.
Delivery mode
- Email: the download link is sent by email only; nothing downloads automatically
- Instant: the download starts automatically on the success page
- Both: instant download plus an email backup
The payment return screen
After paying, buyers land on a standalone confirmation page (independent of your theme, so nothing else on your site can interfere) showing one of four states: a brief pending spinner if the outcome isn’t known yet, success, failed, or a timeout message if the webhook is taking unusually long. All of this text is editable under Payment Settings → Success Screen.
