Orders & transactions

Available on Pro and Agency plans. Once you’re selling paid downloads, every purchase is tracked in two related views.

Orders

Go to Payments → Orders to see every order, its status (pending, paid, failed), the buyer’s details, and which file was purchased. You can resend a receipt or a download link directly from here if a buyer says they didn’t receive one.

Transactions

Go to Payments → Transactions for the raw payment record from your connected gateway, useful for reconciling against your Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave dashboard.
