Leads overview
Available on every plan, including Lite. Every form submission and download creates a lead record, viewable under Smart LeadLock → Leads.
What you can do here
- Search and filter leads by name, email, file, or date
- View which file or form each lead came from
- Delete leads (for example, to honor a deletion request)
- Export the full list, or a filtered subset, to CSV
Submissions vs leads
A lead is the person; a submission is a specific form fill, including the exact field values entered. One lead can have multiple submissions if they’ve downloaded more than one file. View raw submission data under Smart LeadLock → Submissions.
