Email template

Every email Smart LeadLock sends, whether it’s a download link, a sequence step, or a payment receipt, is rendered through a shared template so your emails look consistent without you having to design each one individually.

Customizing the template

Go to Settings → Email → Template to adjust the wrapper used around every outgoing email: header, footer, colors, and logo. Individual email content (like a sequence step’s body) is written separately and gets dropped into this shared shell.

Email Logs

Every email sent, and any that failed, is recorded under Smart LeadLock → Email Logs with its status. This is the first place to check if a recipient says they never received something.
