Email sequences

Email sequences are a Pro and Agency feature for sending a series of emails automatically over time, rather than a single one-off message.

Building a sequence

Go to Sequences → Add New. Add steps in order, and set a delay for each one in minutes, hours, or days, for example: send step 1 immediately, step 2 after 2 days, step 3 after 5 days. A lead who matches your enrollment trigger (typically a form submission) is enrolled automatically and receives each step on schedule.

Monitoring sends

The Email Queue shows every scheduled and sent sequence step. You can monitor pending sends, retry failed ones, and bulk-clear enrollments if you need to stop a sequence for a group of leads.

Combining with automation

Sequences can also be triggered by automation rules, not just form submissions, for example enrolling a lead in a re-engagement sequence once their score drops, or a payment sequence once an order is marked paid.
