Conditional logic
Conditional logic is a Pro and Agency feature that lets a field’s visibility depend on the value of another field in the same form. It’s what turns a flat form into something that adapts to the person filling it in.
How it works
In the form builder, select a field and add a condition such as “show this field only if [Company Size] equals [50+].” Conditions are evaluated live as the visitor fills in the form, so irrelevant fields simply never appear for people they don’t apply to.
Common uses
- Only ask for a company name if the visitor selects “business” as their use case
- Show a budget field only for leads who indicate they’re ready to buy
- Reveal a second step only after the first is completed
