Settings overview

AcquisitionSuite → Settings holds your sitewide options. It is organized into tabs.

General

Download Behavior: Link Expiry (minutes), Free Download Limit, and the default Download Button Label
Success messages: what visitors see after a gated-file form and after a standalone form
Allowed file types for uploads (see Allowed file types)
Display Branding: optional “Powered by AcquisitionSuite” note
Data Deletion on Uninstall (see Uninstall and data deletion)

Title, subtitle and colors of the lead capture popup. See Popup design.

Email: Delivery

Delivery Mode, From Name, From Email and the standalone-forms email. See Delivery modes and Email settings.

Email: Design & Template

Logo, header color, button color and text, footer text and the HTML template, plus a separate template for standalone forms. See Email template and Email placeholders.

Email: Preview & Test

A live preview with sample data and a Send Test Email button.

Data Retention

How long email logs (and, with Pro, finished sequence enrollments, orders and transactions) are kept. See Data retention.

Pro settings

Pro adds its own screens: Integrations (Geo Lookup, WhatsApp), Payment Settings and License.

Saving

Each tab has its own Save button. Switching tabs without saving discards that tab’s changes.
