Managing forms

The Form Builder screen lists every form you have created. Here is what you can do from the list and inside a form.

The forms list

Each form card shows its name, how many fields and submissions it has, and its shortcode. Buttons let you edit, Copy Shortcode, View Submissions, Duplicate or delete the form.

Creating a form

  1. Click New Form (or Create First Form on a new install).
  2. Enter a Form Name, choose the Purpose and, with Pro, the number of steps.
  3. Click Create Form. The form is only created when you press the button, so you can finish typing first.

Purpose: file access or standalone

  • File Access gates a download behind the form.
  • Standalone Form stands on its own with no file, for appointments, registrations or general capture. Pick a Standalone Type (for example Appointment Booking, Registration or Custom / Other) and a display style.

Adding and arranging fields

Click a field type on the left to add it, then drag the handle to reorder. Click a field to set its label, key, placeholder, required flag and step. Changes auto-save. See Field types and Conditional logic.

Renaming

Click a form’s name to rename it. Renaming an existing form saves automatically.

Duplicating

Use Duplicate to copy a form and all its fields as a starting point for a variation, for example the same fields with a different popup title for another campaign.

Deleting

Deleting a form removes its fields. Past submissions and leads are kept. Before deleting, replace the form’s shortcode on any page that uses it.

The Default Form

The built-in Default form (name and email only) is always available and cannot be removed.
