Email logs

AcquisitionSuite → Email Logs records every email the plugin tries to send, so you can see exactly what happened to a lead’s download email. It is available on every plan.

What is logged

For each email: the recipient, subject, status (Sent or Failed) and the date and time. Filter by All statuses, Sent only or Failed only.

What “sent” means

“Sent” means WordPress handed the message to your mail system without an error. It does not guarantee the inbox. If leads say they did not receive an email that shows as sent, the problem is delivery: check spam folders and your SMTP setup.

Resending

Use the resend action on a row to send the message again, for example after fixing your SMTP settings.

Clearing old entries

  • Delete a single entry from its row.
  • Tick several and use Delete Selected.
  • Use Clear to remove entries by status and date.

Automatic clean-up

Logs are removed automatically after a set number of days by a daily task. The default is 30 days. Change it under Settings → Data Retention; set 0 to keep logs forever. See Data retention.

Sequence emails (Pro)

Steps sent by an email sequence appear in the Email Queue as well. See Email queue.

Failed emails

A failed entry means the send itself errored. The most common cause is a missing or blocked mail service. See Email not sending.
