Popup design

The lead capture popup can be styled to match your brand, sitewide and per form.

Sitewide defaults

Go to Settings → Modal Design. These set the default look of the popup across your whole site.

Setting What it controls
Modal Title The heading at the top of the popup (default: “Get Instant Access”).
Modal Subtitle The line beneath it (default: “Enter your details below to download this file for free.”).
Modal Header Background The header color (default navy).
Button / Accent Color The submit button, focus rings and the lock icon accent (default orange).
Download Button Label Default text on the button that opens the popup (default: “Download File”).
Success Message Shown after a gated-file form is submitted.
Standalone Forms Success Message Shown after a standalone form (no file) is submitted for free.

Per-form overrides

In the Form Builder, each form has a Modal Appearance section where you can set its own Modal Title, Subtitle, Header Color, Title Color and Subtitle Color. Anything you leave blank falls back to the sitewide default.

Submit button label

A form’s Submit Button Label is the button inside the popup that sends the form. Leave it blank to use the default (“Get My Download” for a gated file, “Submit” for a standalone form).

Optional attribution

Under Settings → General → Display Branding, you can show a small “Powered by AcquisitionSuite” note below the form. It is off by default and only appears if you switch it on.

Tips

  • Match the header color to your site’s primary color for a native feel.
  • Keep the title short and benefit-led, for example “Get the free checklist”.
  • Test on a phone: the popup is fully responsive, but long subtitles push the form down.
