Form email settings
Every form can notify you of new leads and can send its own confirmation email instead of the global one. Both live in the form’s Email tab in the Form Builder.
Lead notification email
Enter the address that should be told each time this form is submitted. Leave it blank if you do not want a notification. This is the quickest way to route different forms to different people, for example sales for one and support for another.
Overriding the email template
By default a form uses the shared templates from Settings → Email: Design & Template. Tick Override global email template for this form to give it its own Subject and Template (HTML). Use Load Default Template to start from the standard version and edit from there, then Send Test to check it.
Placeholders you can use
Lead tags such as {full_name}, {email}, {file_name}, {download_link} and {site_name}, plus any of your custom field tags. See Email placeholders.
Standalone forms
Forms with no file use the Standalone Forms Email from Settings (default subject “Thanks for your submission, {full_name}!”), unless overridden here. They never send the “Your download is ready” email because there is no file.
Testing
Always click Send Test after changing a template and confirm it arrives in the inbox and not in spam. If nothing arrives, see Email not sending.
