Lead Funnels
A Lead Funnel is a guided way to set up everything one offer needs: the form, the email people get, a notification to you and, with Pro, what happens to each lead afterwards. You pick a template, answer a few questions, and get a shortcode to place on any page. Nothing on your pages is changed.
Start a funnel
Go to AcquisitionSuite → Lead Funnels and choose Create funnel, or use Create a quick lead funnel in the bar at the top of the AcquisitionSuite dashboard. You can dismiss that bar; Lead Funnels stays in the menu.
The steps
- Pick a template. See Funnel templates for what each one asks.
- Basics. A name that only you see, the headline and description shown above the form, and any questions the template has (a webinar’s date, a scheduling link).
- Resource and form. Choose the file to deliver if the template has one, then create a new form (choose its fields, up to five custom ones) or reuse one you already have. A form you reuse is never changed. Choose how the form is displayed.
- After submission. Show a message or send people to another page, and decide whether to send a delivery email and a notification to you. With Pro you also choose the funnel actions.
- Review. A plain list of what will be created. Choose Create funnel.
When it finishes you get a shortcode, a button to open the form, and links to the funnel’s leads and analytics.
What a funnel creates
- A lead capture form (or it reuses an existing one without changing it).
- An optional delivery email and an optional “notify me” email, used only for this funnel.
- With Pro, one automation rule named Funnel: your funnel’s name, which you can see under Automation.
- With the Sell a digital product template, a price on the file you chose.
What a funnel says about a form (the message after submitting, the redirect, its emails) is applied when a lead arrives. It is not written into the form, which is why a funnel can use a form you already have.
Place it on a page
Copy the shortcode, edit a page or post, add a Shortcode block and paste it. You can also place the form with the AcquisitionSuite block, the Elementor widget or the Bricks element. See Placing forms and files.
Display styles
Embedded and Popup are in Lite. Pro adds a Floating Button and a Slide-in Panel. See Form display styles.
Leads and analytics for each funnel
Every funnel row has a Leads link, which opens your submissions filtered to that funnel’s form, and an Analytics link with views, leads and conversion for the last 30 days.
Edit, repair and delete
- Edit changes what the funnel created, in place. If someone edited the form by hand since the funnel last wrote to it, you are asked whether to replace those changes or leave the form as it is and change only the funnel.
- Repair appears when something a funnel uses was deleted (the form, the rule, or a product’s price) and puts it back. A deleted file cannot be recreated; edit the funnel to choose another.
- Delete always asks, with a list of what goes with the funnel, so you choose whether to remove the form it created as well. A form you reused or a file you chose is never deleted.
