Lead intelligence
Lead intelligence is a Pro and Agency feature: for every new lead, AcquisitionSuite automatically detects their country, region, and city, along with their device type, operating system, and browser, no extra fields for the visitor to fill in.
Where it comes from
- Geography is looked up from the visitor’s IP address at the moment they submit a form.
- Device, OS, and browser are parsed from their browser’s own user-agent string.
Both are best-effort: if a lookup fails or is disabled, the lead is still captured normally, just with those fields left blank, nothing about lead capture itself depends on this data being available.
Turning it on
Geo lookup is on by default in Pro. Go to Settings → Integrations → Geo Lookup to turn it off, or to switch from the built-in free lookup to your own API provider if you need higher volume or a specific data source.
Where you see it
A “Device / Location” column appears right on the Leads list: device and browser on one line, city/country (or the raw IP address if geo lookup hasn’t matched) on the next. That column exists on every plan, it just stays empty until Pro’s lookup has actually run.
What it’s used for
Beyond just context before you make contact, geography and device both feed directly into lead scoring, and can be used as conditions on automation rules, for example, a rule that only fires for leads in a specific country or region.
