Success screens
After paying, buyers land on a confirmation screen you can word yourself. These are edited under Payment Settings → Success Screen (Pro).
The three screens

| Gated File Payment Success Screen | A buyer has just paid for a downloadable file. |
| Standalone Form Payment Success Screen | A buyer has just paid for a form (appointment, registration). No download button is shown. |
| Pending / Timeout Screen | The gateway has not confirmed the payment after about 60 seconds. |
What you can edit
- Success Heading: the main heading when payment is confirmed
- Success Message: the message under it
- Download Button Label: text on the direct download button (file screen, when delivery includes instant download)
- Timeout Message: what the pending screen says
- Contact Email: shown to buyers if they have issues; it defaults to your admin email
- Issue Contact Text: the words before the contact link
The contact fields are shared by the screens. The text fields accept {site_name} and {order_number}.
Redirecting elsewhere
For paid standalone forms you can choose a Payment Successful Page per form: the built-in screen, one of your own pages, or an external URL. Use this to send buyers to a booking calendar or a thank-you page.
Writing a good success message
- Confirm the purchase and the amount or order number.
- Say exactly what happens next (“check your inbox for the link”).
- Tell them where to go if it does not arrive.
