What is AcquisitionSuite?
AcquisitionSuite is a WordPress plugin that turns your website into a lead generation system. It captures people who want something from you (a file, an appointment, a signup), follows up with them automatically, and, on paid plans, sells to them, all from inside WordPress, with your data staying in your own database.
The three jobs it does
- Capture. Gate a PDF, ZIP, video, image or external link behind a form, or use a standalone form for appointments, registrations and general lead capture. Every submission becomes a lead.
- Nurture. Send the download by email, sync the lead to Mailchimp, Brevo or MailWizz, and (Pro) run email sequences, automation rules, tags and lead scoring.
- Convert. Track leads through a sales pipeline and (Pro) sell paid downloads and paid forms with Stripe, Paystack or Flutterwave.
Two plugins, one product
AcquisitionSuite (Lite) is the free plugin from WordPress.org. It has no license key and never phones home. AcquisitionSuite Pro is a separate plugin that extends Lite; it needs Lite installed and active, and a license key to unlock its features. See Lite vs Pro for the full breakdown.
How the pieces connect
- A visitor sees a shortcode, block or button on one of your pages.
- They fill in a form. The submission is checked (spam trap, rate limit) and saved as a lead and a submission.
- If the form gates a file, a single-use signed download link is created and shown, emailed, or both.
- The lead is synced to your email service and, with Pro, scored, tagged, enrolled in a sequence and moved into your pipeline by automation rules.
