Paid standalone forms

A paid standalone form (Pro) charges for an appointment, registration or booking. It reuses the same Stripe, Paystack and Flutterwave checkout as paid downloads, but there is no file to deliver.

Setting one up

  1. Create a form in the Form Builder with Purpose Standalone Form, and add your fields.
  2. Connect a gateway under Payment Settings.
  3. In the form’s payment settings, enable payment, choose the gateway and enter the Amount.
  4. Optionally set Opens and Closes times. Leave Opens blank to accept submissions immediately, and Closes blank to never close.
  5. Choose the Payment Successful Page: the default success screen, one of your own pages, or an external URL.
  6. Save and place it with [acquis_form id="3"] or the block. See Form display styles.

How it differs from a paid file

  • There is no download button or link; the success screen confirms the booking or registration instead.
  • The submission window (Opens and Closes) applies, and the success redirect honours it too.
  • Download expiry and limit do not apply.

Editing the wording

The confirmation buyers see is the Standalone Form Payment Success Screen under Payment Settings. See Success screens.

After payment

The lead is created or updated, the order is recorded, and your Payment Successful automation rules run, so you can tag the customer, notify your team or start a sequence. See Automation recipes.

Ideas
