Submissions

AcquisitionSuite → Submissions lists every form entry with all the values the visitor typed in. It is available on every plan.

Submissions and leads

A lead is a person; a submission is one form fill. One lead can have several submissions, for example one per file they downloaded. See Leads overview.

What you see

  • The lead’s name and email
  • The form (or file) that was submitted
  • The date and time
  • Where it came from: the page URL, referrer and UTM values (see UTM attribution)
  • Every field value for that entry, including custom fields

Finding entries

  • Search by name, email or field content.
  • Filter by form to see one form’s entries.
  • Entries appear grouped by form or as a single list.
  • Use View on a row to open its full detail.

Exporting

Use the Export screen to download submissions as CSV or Excel, optionally limited to a date range and a form. See Exporting data.

Deleting

You can delete a submission (for example to honour a data-deletion request). Deleting a lead removes their submissions with them. Do this carefully: it cannot be undone.

Data kept per lead

The lead’s own page shows a submission history, the most recent value for each field across all forms, and the files they have accessed. See Lead detail view.
